Her Every Pleasure By Galen Foley
Today’s position is the first of RRN’s patron posts. The reconsider of Her Every Pleasure is written by Marcia, and I am proud to have her. She is a domestic after my own heart. Marcia reads romances as avidly as I do. The following array is her own opinion and the rating is at her only discretion.
Her Every Amusement is the third book in the Flavouring trilogy about three siblings, British citizens, who have grown up in India. It is a gest of duty, honor and karma which would seem predictable for a romance novel; but add an eager Sheik and uncompassionate Janissaries turn on conquering Europe and converting it to Islam, and it becomes much more spellbinding.
Gabriel Knight has retired from the Regulars and silent from life while recuperating from an arrow in the abdomen as well as the horrors of war. Having had an after decease experience, he believes that he has a doom to fulfill. At six feet, four inches big and heavily muscled, he is the model of tall cryptic and handsome. A warrior and ruler of men he must learn to check out before fulfilling his fate.
Princess Sophia has been attacked on the avenue to London and has fled to keep secret in a barn on what she supposes is an forlorn farm. She intends to masked ball as a servant while waiting to be rescued by her safeguarding team. Over the years, one by one, her unimpaired family has been assassinated until she is the last in edging to rule the Greek islet kingdom of Kavros. She has been taught to keep safe herself by her head of guaranty and will kill when important. When Gabriel finds her asleep, he assumes that she is a gypsy with around morals that his fellow-creature sent to ‘take trouble of his needs’. They are strongly attracted to each other but each last against because of duty, honor and fate, not understanding that those are the very reasons that they should be together.
Her Every Choice is told with strong visual descriptions and a closely constructed intrigue. The characters are fully developed and sympathetic. Although the characters and events are root fictional, the plot outline is told with real realism. Galen Foley is always a legitimate read.
